St Joseph's Catholic Primary School Wallasey
"Together in faith we nurture, encourage and inspire each other to achieve excellence and become all that Jesus calls us to be"
A warm welcome to St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School. As headteacher, I am incredibly proud of our school community. Our aims are firmly rooted in Gospel values of love, care and respect. We want everyone in our school to feel welcome and valued and are committed to working together with you as parents to bringing out the best in every child.
We work hard to ensure that every child has the opportunity to achieve their very best, growing up secure in the love of God. We prepare them for future life by ensuring all of our children receive the excellent education and opportunities which they are entitled to. Our expectations are high and aspirations are without limits.
Our families are proud and passionate about St Joseph’s: they are supportive and play an important role in the education of their children. Our pupils are supportive of the needs of others and approach school life with positivity, love and a strong commitment to learning.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our school website. We are very proud of all we have to offer and are confident that your child will flourish in their time with us.
We would love you to come and visit!

F2 have been learning about our value of the month ‘Peace’. We spoke about times that we feel peace. The children tried really hard to be kind to their friends and take turns with a new game.
Year 1 have produced some lovely work for International Peace Day. They created some art work and decided what Peace means to them.
F2 have been talking about how we can look after God’s World. We linked this to recycling week and sorted some materials out to be recycled. We reused some plastic materials to make some lovely artwork and took our used fruit to the compost heap.
On Friday, Year 1 wrote some lovely promises on how they will Go Green with CAFOD to help combat climate change.🌍♻ xx
Two of our superstars from Year 4 having a go at their first French role play; introducing themselves. Can you work out what they are saying? 'Trabien!' 🇫🇷 @BAFF_SFU
F2 have been learning about God’s World. We have created artwork around the things God created 🌍
Year 6 have some fantastic ideas for CAFOD’s GO GREEN CHALLENGE this Harvest
Congratulations to our new Head Boy and Head Girl. Two fantastic pupils who will be wonderful ambassadors for St Joseph’s. We wish you lots of success and happiness in your new role 👍👍👍
